Abandoned Accounts | If your account has had no activity in the last year and you have not contacted the credit union, your account becomes dormant. After three years of dormancy, your account becomes abandoned, and the funds in the account will be sent to the State Comptroller by June 23, 2023. Click here for more details.
FRAUD REMINDER TO OUR MEMBERS | 5Point will NEVER call and ask for your online banking login information. Do not provide account login or card information over the phone. If you’re suspicious during a call, hang up and call the credit union directly at 1.800.825.8829 or visit your nearest branch.
Holiday Closing | We will be closed on Monday, May 29th, in observance of Memorial Day.
Fraud alerts can trigger when your debit card is used out of town. If you’re traveling somewhere that’s a significant distance from home, your debit card purchases may be flagged for potential fraud. But you can prevent this by simply letting us know you’re traveling.
If you forget to place a travel notice and your card is declined for a valid purchase, call us at 1.800.825.8829. We're available 24/7 to help with any debit card issues.

If you get locked out of home banking or you've forgotten your home banking username or password, simply click on the forgot username/password link, and follow the prompts.
Your debit card should be available for use the next business day (excluding Saturday).
Regulation D is a regulation that imposes reserve requirements on certain types of accounts. Credit unions are required to reserve against transaction accounts, but not against savings accounts and time deposits.
