Account numbers can be located in online banking. For a savings account number, login and view your e-statement. The account number will be located on the upper right corner of the statement. For a checking account, login and select the checking account. Then, click on account details.
Fraud alerts can trigger when your debit card is used out of town. If you’re traveling somewhere that’s a significant distance from home, your debit card purchases may be flagged for potential fraud. But you can prevent this by simply letting us know you’re traveling. 
If you forget to place a travel notice and your card is declined for a valid purchase, call us at 1.800.825.8829. We're available 24/7 to help with any debit card issues.
