5Point Credit Union values your privacy.

The Google Play Store and the Apple App Store have implemented a requirement for 5Point Credit Union to provide our members with the ability to request the removal of their app accounts and associated data. This requirement is the latest of many recent compliance updates from Google and Apple regarding user privacy and data safety.

If you wish to delete your online banking account (the account you use to log in to our online banking system and our mobile app), simply send an email request to memberservices@5pointcu.org. Please type "Remove App Account" in the subject line of your email and provide us with a good phone number to reach you at. One of our team members will reach out to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

Please note that when your account is deleted after you submit this form:
  • You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the 5Point Credit Union mobile app.
  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted into receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and paper tax documents.
  • Any activity you previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, bill pay payments and payee info, external transfers to other people or accounts, cross-member transfers, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services. 
  • Your 5Point Credit Union financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your online banking account.
