What You'll Need

  • A mobile phone or tablet for both parent and child
  • A parent phone number and separate email addresses
  • A 5Point membership for both users
If your child isn't a member yet, you can open an account using our virtual lobby or in person at a branch.

Get Started

  1. Parent will access the 5Point FAM app through our 5Point mobile app under the "More" tab
  2. Parent registers first and receives a Parent Code
  3. Child downloads the standalone 5Point FAM app and registers on their phone or tablet using the Parent Code
