What does this impact?

  • 5Point mobile app and home banking -  log in will not be available
  • Card Control - cannot set any Card Control features
  • Bill Pay - any payments that are already set will process as normal, but you cannot log in to edit any payments
  • PayItNow - you cannot access PayItNow
The loan payment center will be unavailable behind home banking and the mobile app, but can still be accessed here.

This scheduled maintenance will not impact the usage of your 5Point credit or debit cards.

How can I prepare?

  • Check your balances prior to the scheduled maintenance time
  • Initiate any transfers between your accounts before or after the scheduled maintenance time
  • Set any Card Control features before or after the scheduled maintenance time
