There will be a compatible browser update for home banking on February 25, 2019. You will need to update your browser in order to be able to access your home banking account.

Browsers that will be impacted by this update are:

Mobile Device Operating Systems

  • Android devices version 4.4.4 and below.
  • Apple iOS devices using Safari versions 5 and below.
  • Windows Phone using Internet Explorer Mobile versions 10 and below.

Desktop Operating Systems

  • Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 with Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 10 or below.
  • Apple OS X using Safari Versions 8 or below.

Instructions to update your browsers are listed below.

Updating your Android

  1. Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select About Phone.
  4. Tap Check for Updates. If an update is available, an Update button will appear. Tap it.
  5. Install. Depending on the OS, you'll see Install Now, Reboot and install, or Install System Software. Tap it.

Safari (iPad or iPhone)

On an iPad or iPhone, the Safari browser should automatically get updated. The iOS operating system will keep standard apps, like the Safari browser, automatically updated to the latest version. However, if automatic updates are not working, you can access the App Store on your iPad or iPhone and check the Updates section to see if a Safari update is available to download.

Updating your Windows Phone

  1. Settings > Phone Update
  2. Tap on the Check for Updates button
  3. Wait for the update to download
  4. Install the update
  5. Let your phone restart
  6. Allow your phone to migrate its settings. After the migration of data, a confirmation message will be displayed about the status update and its features.

Safari (Desktop)

  1. Open the Apple menu and choose App Store.
  2. In the top of the window that appears, click the Updates button in the toolbar.
  3. Find Safari and click Update (or Update all to do every app).

Internet Explorer (Desktop)

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select About Internet Explorer.
  4. Check the box next to Install new versions automatically.
  5. Click Close.
