We are closely monitoring the current situation and are taking precautionary steps to reduce the potential of exposure and spread of COVID-19.

Following local and federal recommendations, we have made the decision to close our lobbies effective Friday, March 20. This applies to all locations.

All drive-thrus will remain open as per normal drive-thru business hours. Enhanced drive-thru services will be available during this time. We have implemented protocols to ensure our members practice social distancing and follow enhanced cleaning procedures. If you visit our drive-thru or ATM in person, we recommend you also wash your hands thoroughly afterward or use hand sanitizers.
 
As always, our call center is available 24/7 as are all online and mobile banking services.

We also strongly encourage you to take advantage of our online banking services and mobile app to access your accounts and financial services during this time.

You can:
  • Apply for loans and credit cards
  • Make payments on a 5Point loan
  • Deposit checks using the remote deposit app
  • Pay bills using Bill Pay
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Reorder checks
  • View eStatements
  • Open additional accounts – log into online banking and select “Add a Share (Deposit) Account” under the “Additional Services” tab, or log into your mobile app and select “Add a Share” under the “More” menu

If you haven’t enrolled in online banking or downloaded our mobile app, you can do so at any time. It only takes a few minutes.

COVID-19 Scam Alert

Scammers are using the current Coronavirus situation to take advantage of consumers in a vulnerable time. As you may have seen, the Federal Government is working on legislation that will send funds via direct deposit or check to each of us. Here are some important reminders:
  • The government will not ask you to pay anything up front to get this money;
  • They will not ask you for your social security number or other personal info;
  • Anyone who tells you they can get you the money NOW, is a scammer.
