Important Information about your Credit Card

We are currently upgrading our credit cards to offer you better options. Unfortunately, during this transition, we’ve found there are problems receiving payments from bill pay services. We’re working through each one of these issues with our members on a case by case basis, but we’re asking for your help during the transition, and possibly changing the payment method you use.

If you are using Bill Pay within home banking or any other bill payment system to make payments on your credit card, please begin using another payment option.  

There are multiple alternate bill payment methods from which to choose. We expect to be back to normal with the payment process sometime in the first quarter of 2020, and we whole-heartedly apologize for the inconvenience.

During the transition, please use one of the payment options listed below.

Option 2 – Electronically

Use any of these electronic payment methods:
  • Set up payments in Access Point, your credit card portal found within home banking.
    • To get to Access Point, go to “Credit Card” on the home banking toolbar and select Access Point in the dropdown menu, then select “Make a Payment.”
  • Set up an internal transfer between 5Point accounts to make your payment.
    • Go to “Move Money” in the home banking toolbar and select “Make a Transfer.” This option allows you to move money from one of your 5Point accounts to make a credit card payment.
  • Use the Payment Center tool on our website
    • Select Personal from the toolbar at 5Pointcu.org, then select Payment Center.

Option 3 – By Phone

Option 4 – In Person

As always, you can come into any branch to make a payment.
