We're celebrating our anniversary in a big way–across all nine of our branch locations! Hidden throughout each place we call home are special stars just waiting to be found. If you discover one, you'll win a prize. It's our way of celebrating the communities we serve and the members who make it all possible.

Here's How it Works:

Think you can find the star? From July 6 - July 10, 2026, we'll release daily clues leading to the hidden stars on social media at 8:30 AM CST. Follow the clues and start searching! If you're lucky enough to find a star, bring it to the designated branch during normal business hours to claim your prize. Bonus clues (if needed) will be posted on social media the following day at 8:00 AM CST.

Let us see your star power! Snap a photo while you're hunting–or when you find the star–and post it on social media. Don't forget to tag us so we can share in the fun.

5Point Kindness Quest Star

Official Rules

5Point Credit Union Kindness Quest ("Contest") is a limited-time, in-person event hosted at each 5Point Credit Union branch. Throughout the contest period, each 5Point Credit Union branch will host one (1) prize package.
  1. Contest Period
    • The contest will run from July 6 - July 10, 2026.
    • Designated branches will be featured on social media each weekday during normal business hours.
    • 5Point Credit Union reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if necessary.
  2. Eligibility
    • Open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
    • No purchase necessary.
    • Membership is not required to participate.
    • Must be physically present at the designated branch to redeem the prize.
    • 5Point Credit Union employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
    • Limit one (1) prize per family/household.
  3. Prizes
    • Each winner will receive an RTIC Ultra-Tough Tote, 2 gift cards, and 5Point promotional items.
    • Prizes are valued at $200 each.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  4. Winner Verification & Publicity
    • The found star may be brought into the designated branch from July 6 - July 10, 2026, during business hours. Stars brought in after 5 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026, are not redeemable.
    • To claim a prize, the winner must complete and sign a media release form.
    • Winners may be invited to participate in a photograph at the branch location. Participation in a photograph is encouraged but not required.
    • If stars are found after business hours, please reach out via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
  5. Conduct & Fairness
    • Participants must behave respectfully and follow all branch policies.
    • Stars will be hidden in public spaces; no climbing, digging, or trespassing required.
    • Disruptive behavior will result in disqualification.
    • Staff decisions regarding winner verification are final.
    • Unclaimed stars will be picked up at 5 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026.

Participating 5Point Credit Union branches will host the contest each weekday during the contest period, with one (1) prize awarded per branch per day. Monday (July 6, 2026): North Houston (Conroe, Magnolia, Spring), Tuesday (July 7, 2026): Port Arthur & Nederland, Wednesday (July 8, 2026): Beaumont & Lumberton, Thursday (July 9, 2026): Orange & Bridge City, Friday (July 10, 2026): final day to redeem Kindness Quest prize. Participants must visit the designated branch, present the found star, and verbally request the prize from a staff member to win. Limit one (1) prize per family/household. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. 5Point Credit Union employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. The chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible participants who correctly complete the scavenger hunt and submit an entry by the deadline. By accepting a prize, winners agree to sign a media release form and allow 5Point Credit Union to use their first name, last initial, and photo (if taken) for promotional purposes. Contest runs July 6 - July 10, 2026, during normal business hours at all 5Point Credit Union branches. 5Point Credit Union reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
