Easy Deposits

Can't make it to your local FivePoint store to deposit your check?  Make it with your smartphone!  Check out our FivePoint app or click here to see how it's done.

SMS Text Banking

This product is very simple to use.  To setup yourself for text message banking you need to log in to home banking then click  the notifications tab and it will walk you through setting up your cell phone to receive text messages.

Here are some shortcuts to use for Text Banking:

Send keywords to 454545
BAL = Primary account balance
BAL ALL = All account balances
BAL CHK = Checking account balances
BAL SAV = Saving account balances
LAST = Last 5 transactions
STOP = Deactivate service
HELP = Help on keywords

Mobile Banking

FivePoint Credit Union offers Mobile Banking to our members.  You can log onto your account through your cell phone and make transfers, pay bills and check your account balance. Simply log on to mobile.5pointcu.org on your cell phone's web browser to access your account from wherever you are. For more information, call or visit any FivePoint Store.

M.A.T.T.

M.A.T.T., or Member Automated Telephone Teller, is designed for members who need account information after normal business hours. You can transfer funds, make loan payments, inquire on balance and transactions and have a check mailed to you. To use M.A.T.T., call 409.962.8793 or 1.800.825.8829 option#1. 

Line of Credit Service

A Line of Credit Loan is a loan limit that you can be approved for at FivePoint Credit Union.  Access your Line of Credit Loan through ATM/Debit card withdrawals, Home Banking, Mobile Banking, MATT (Member Automated Telephone Teller) or a teller.

FivePoint has an app for that!  Look for our FREE app to do all your banking while you're on the go.  View account balances and history, transfer money, pay bills and more.
